Suffolk County Police Marine Bureau officers recovered a car from the waters of the Nissequogue River Sunday.

Police said the car "apparently rolled into the water at Kings Park Bluff" at the end of Old Dock Road after a driver exited the vehicle around 8:30 p.m. on March 3.

No one was injured in the incident. Police did not say what may have caused the car to roll into the water.

The State hospital pumped all kinds of foul &^%$ into that river for 50 years. Boats have sunk, gas and oil has been spilled from boats over the last 50 years. I don't see what harm one car could do to that environment

That's right David, they'll even auction that car off in a few weeks for their pension fund, as a one owner cream puff. Of course you won't be allowed to start it till after you buy it.

Knee check out Boat US website. It gives you the info on the rider. Better get it because those guys in that boat behind you won't tow you in anymore, despite staggering salaries and taxes we pay, but they will destroy your life with a pollution of estuary waters fine. Woody...I think it is a riot. Obviously you just don't get it. David when are you realize there are two sets of rules...one for the Govt and one for you. Flush a turd down your bowl on a boat....public enemy number one....fines that will take your entire net worth. Those guys in the background who play cards and watch porn all winter will do that to you in a millisecond. NYC and every other sewer district dumps millions of gallons of raw sewage loaded with turds, drugs, chems every day....but they are special.....get it. Oh, just a tidbit...most arsonists are in fact vollies.....remember the night Sayville burned?
