Police Report: Impersonation, Prostitution

A list of recently reported crime activity from the Suffolk Police, Public Information Office.

The following information is taken from the Suffolk County Police Department's Media Incident list for the Fourth Precinct. The following individuals are not convicted of a crime, but have been arrested on the charges. Defendants are considered innocent until convicted or proven guilty. These are the arrested and incidents from Oct. 25 –  Oct. 29.

Arrests:

Jacyln Aloi, 29, of Hauppauge, was arrested Oct. 29 at 5:21 p.m. for criminal impersonation. According to police, Aloi called  North Shore Orthopedics in Smithtown on Oct. 18 to get someone else's prescription filled. She was arrested on Veterans Highway.

Keri Rice, 31, was arrested Oct. 28 after she reportedly stole jewelry and tried to sell it to a pawn shop. She was charged with petit larceny, two counts of criminal possession of stolen property, and five counts of identity theft.

 Emilia Lima, 34, of Newark, N.J., was arrested in Hauppauge on prostitution charges.  According to police, Lima was seen having sexual intercourse on Motor Parkway on Oct. 26 at 12:15 p.m.

Amanda Schnebel, of Hauppauge, was arrested Oct. 25 for leaving the scene of property damage. Police said Schnebel  was driving a 2001 Toyota when she hit the curb, went across the grass, and hit the fence in front of the Kings Park Post Office. She then left the scene of the accident, according to police. She was later arrested at 4:37 p.m. on Veterans Highway. 

Central Islip resident Sheila Pack, 41, was arrested on Oct. 26 at 9:35 p.m. on petit larceny charges. Police said Pack stole various hair products from Stop 'N Shop in Islandia.
