Police Report: Slashed Tires, Obscenities
A list of recently reported crime activity from the Suffolk Police, Public Information Office.
The following information is taken from the Suffolk County Police Department's Media Incident list for the Fourth Precinct. The following individuals are not convicted of a crime, but have been arrested on the charges. Defendents are considered innocent until convicted or proven guilty. These are the arrested and incidents from Oct. 18 – Oct. 24.
Arrests:
Eric Incremona, 20, of New Hyde Park, was arrested Oct. 23 for unlawful possession of marijuana. According to police, Incremona was arrested off Route 347 in Hauppauge.

William Baker, 27, of Ronkonkoma, was arrested Oct. 22 on Motor Parkway after police found cocaine in his left sock. Baker was charged with criminal possession of a controlled substance.
Holbrook resident John Hiler, 25, was arrested in Hauppauge on criminal posession of a controlled substance. According to police, Hiler possessed both Alprazolam and heroin at the time of his arrest.

James Sullivan, of Patchogue, was arrested Oct. 22 disorderly conduction: obscene language and gestures. According to reports, Sullivan was arrested at 11:29 p.m. after repeatedly yelling obscenities at Silk Nightclub on Route 347.
Edgar Molina, 18, of Ronkonkoma, was arrested for criminal mischief for property valued at over $250. On Oct. 19, Molina was originally arrested for criminal possession, according to police.. While Molina was incarcerated, he struck a fire depression device -- damaging it. Molina was then additional charged for the damaged property.
Smithtown resident Vincent Kearns was arrested on Oct. 20. Police said Kearns almost hit numerous construction barrels while driving a 2008 Lincoln. He was arrested at the intersection Motor Parkway and Kennedy Drive, according to reports. Kearns was charged with a driving while intoxicated.
