Police Seek Pair Accused of Stealing Wallet, Grand Larceny

Suffolk County police are seeking public help in identifying a couple wanted for using credit cards from stolen Nesconset wallet in September.

 

Suffolk police are seeking help identifying two people accused of grand larceny by using stolen credit cards. 

Suffolk County Crime Stoppers and the Fourth Precinct are searching for two people accused of grand larceny. Police say two people, one man and one woman, who are accused of stealing a wallet from an unlocked car parked on Robin Hood Court in Nesconset on Sept. 7.

The two people used a Visa card in the wallet to make purchases at three local stores: Old Navy in Lake Grove, a Gulf gas station in Nesconset, and Wal-Mart in East Setauket. 

Anyone with information about the crime can call Crime Stoppers at 1-800-220-TIPS. Crime Stoppers offers a cash reward of up to $5,000 for information that leads to an arrest. All calls are confidential.
