Aquatics Program, Smithtown Town Incentive on Board of Ed Agenda

To kick off the meeting, the Board of Education will hear a presentation from Rolling Thunder and the Adaptive Aquatics program. Piloted in the 2010-2011 school year, this program aims to provide an opportunity for challenged students to learn how to swim in a safe environment.

The Board of Education will set and vote on the Hauppauge Public School District's high priority objectives for the 2011-2012 school year. There is an opportunity for the public, district residents, to speak to board members before the vote if parents are concerned about particular issues.
