Hauppauge Student-Made Video to Air on MSG Varsity

A segment titled "Kite Runner Story' take a look at how Hauppauge High School students approached a unique English class assignment.

Two students will have their chance on the big screen as their student-made video airs on MSG Varsity this Saturday. 

Dan Conklin and Jaclyn Thomas's segment, Kite Runner Story,  will be played on MSG Varsity's "High School Life" at 7:30 p.m. Saturday on Optimum Channel 14. 

The student's Kite Runner Story is a video segment that documents how Hauppauge High School students looked at an English assignment that had students creating and flying their own kites after reading the book of the same name. The video features an interview with English teacher Ms. Barone, as well as several students.

MSG Varsity's "High School Life" is a monthly show that presents student-made videos and features covering everything from arts to academics.
