Hauppauge High School's Class of 2012 is preparing to take their final walk across the auditorium stage in the district's first Friday night graduation ceremony.
Hauppauge school officials have , cutting down the time lapse between prom and graduation, in efforts to keep student behavior in check and help ensure all safely pick up their diploma.
As the ceremony will be held indoors, inside Hauppauge High School's auditorium, seating for limited with tickets strictly issued to graduates' family members. Unfortunately, Patch was not invited to attend.
