Hauppauge Eagles varsity baseball season started off their 2012 season with a win over West Babylon on Tuesday afternoon.
The Eagles beat West Babylon, 5-0, Tuesday afternoon in their first game of the season. C.J. Schildt pitched six innings, making eight strikeouts and limiting West Babylon to only five hits.
Hauppauge will play West Babylon in a three-game series in League V season from April 10 to April 13 with the home-field advantage for two games.
