Two-Hour Delay for Hauppauge Public Schools

Buses will pick up students about two hours later than their usual pick up times.

Hauppauge school openings are delayed two hours Thursday morning after a nor'easter blew through the area leaving icy road conditions.

Students were able to attend classes on Wednesday, for the first time since Hurricane Sandy blew through Long Island. As Forest Brook Elementary School remains without despite LIPA crews working in the area.
