Video: Hauppauge Chamber Choir Performs at State Offices

Hauppauge High School's Chamber Choir with alumni join to create the Hallejah choir and perform Auld Lang Syne.

Hauppauge High School's Chamber Choir rang in the holiday season with their annual holiday concert at the Perry B. Duryea building on Friday morning.

Suffolk County residents going about business took a moment to stop and pause to listen to the nearly hour-long concert featuring holiday favorites and song performed during the fall concerts. Songs included "O Holy Night," a holiday medley of "Let it Snow!" "Frosty the Snowman"  and "Jingle Bell Rock," and "Auld Lang Syne."

Near the end of the concert, Hauppauge choir's alumni were invited to the risers to create a Hallelujah choir for the last three songs. Alumni and current students exchanged hugs and holiday greetings before inviting the audience to sing along.
