Whiz Kid's Accomplishment: The Hauppauge student videographers worked together to win four Best In Show awards at the Long Island Media Arts Show at Five Towns College.

Whiz Kid’s Key to Awesomeness: The Hauppauge students worked in smaller groups to create original films screened at the show.

"The students worked extremely hard to produce creative pieces that were both entertaining to watch and technically sound," said David Schaeffler, Hauppauge High School's Television Production, Broadcast and Film teacher, in a statement.

Two of their videos, the one produced by Macaluso and the film by Clesse and McCall, will be shown at Suffolk County Film Commission's First Exposure event on May 15.
