Nov. 29: Google, Basketball and the 2010 Holiday Guide

This Monday marks a return from the holiday weekend with a full schedule of events. Take a class on Google, get a sneak peak at the girls' varsity basketball team and look forward to Hanukkah and Christmas. 

1. Learn about at from 10 a.m. - 11 a.m. The library's computer expert will teach you how to get the most out of every search, just in time to ease the holiday rush.

3. will be held from 6 p.m. - 8 p.m. at Hauppauge High School. Residents can sign up to dive into the pools this winter, offering a temporary escape from the cold.

4. Patch will officially starts its 2010 Holiday guide. It will have key information for the holidays from where to host your holiday party to gift guides and more. Check back daily for updated hints and advice.
