SBU Presidential Lecture Series: Carl Bernstien 
Legendary journalist and author Carl Bernstein will give a lecture, Why Isn't Our Government Isn't Working and Can It? at 4 p.m. at Stony Brook University's Staller Center. 

Them Bones: Genealogy and Death Records

Book Signing with Jean Marie Prince

Hauppauge Students Perform "Anti-Bully Project"
Students in Hauppauge High School's Advanced Acting Ensemble Class banded together to write and perform the “Anti-Bully Project.” The vignettes captured the attention of the Council for Prejudice Reduction, Tilles Center, RFK Foundation, among others, and led to the launch of the First Annual “Stage the Change, Theatre as a Social Voice” Conference. The conference is open to high school and college theatre students, educators, guidance counselors, social awareness clubs, youth groups, parents and community members. The full-day event will offer an opportunity to engage young people and others to inspire them to become voices of change. Wed. 7 p.m. Tilles Center

Taste of the Arbors
The Arbors Assisted Living in Hauppauge will be hosting the Taste of the Arbors event on Thursday from 1-4pm.  Executive Chefs will present culinary delights of the season. We embrace and celebrate all that fall has to offer.
