Mother's Day
Looking to do something special with mom on her special day? Butterfields is hosting a Mother's Day brunch, with seating on the hour from 11 a.m. until 3 p.m. Adults can enjoy a full breakfast brunch including bagels, muffins, eggs, an omelette carving stations, fresh fruit and all-you-can-eat mussels and shrimp for $22.95. Fundraiser for Sandy Hook Victim
Retired St. James Elementary tutor, Shelia Zapf, lost her seven-year-old granddaughter in the Sandy Hook shooting.Her friends, along with the Smithtown Teachers Association wish to create a lasting memorial to Grace by raising funds to install a memorial plaque on the Stony Brook Village Green. Head down to Napper Tandy's Friday, happy hour to participate.

Let's Rock it to End it
Join The Story Avenue Band as they help NYBlue for Pinkfight breast cancer in a fundraiser for the Avon Walk for Breast Cancer. Come and enjoy great music, an appetizer bar with beer wine and soda, and great raffles. $35 per person. Friday night 7 p.m.

Spring Boutique
Stop by New Beginnings of Kings Park on Friday, May 10th from 4p.m. until 8 p.m. and shop from a variety of different vendors including Tupperware, Lia Sophia, Thirty-One, Via Dolce Bakery, Origami Owl,  Cider by Muscadine Grape Vineyard, Mary Kay, Abrakadoodle Art and many more. Drop the kids off at the Abrakadoodle Art table to make a great gift for Mom or Grandma while you shop.
