Suffolk County Department of Health's Patient Care Services

The Suffolk County Department of Health's Patient Care Services office provides primary, preventative and comprehensive health care for low-income residents. Services will not be denied based on ability to pay, age, race, creed, national origin or marital status. It has eight medical centers and three satellite offices throughout the county. By calling the main office, residents can receive information about the particular health care services they seek and a referral to the nearest location.
