It is wonderful when someone shares great information and memories of the Apollo program. I only…Read More wished I could of been there to see them lift off but still have great memories of watching it on television. Neil Armstrong was a true hero, humble and always deflected praise to others in the program. He now belongs to history and the ages.

My first encounter with Fr. Midura was when he first came to St. Joseph as our pastor. I came to…Read More church that first Sunday hoping to get a glimpse of our new pastor. When I entered the vestibule, standing off to the side with his arms folded and in his army fatigues was Fr. Midura, but I didn't know it at the time. I thought there must be something special going on for us to have a soldier standing there. Lo and behold it turned out to be Fr. Midura! Probably assessing his new parishoners incognito as we arrived! Or, he could just have gotten back from duty. I prefer to think he was trying to pull a fast one on us. He will always be remembered by me as the kind and gentle soul that he truly was, and had a wonderful way about him. Be at peace, Father, and keep watch over us all.

its a fact that the majority of businesses are SMALL businesses so supporting these small businesses…Read More is just as if not even more important than supporting the big ones some of which that pay no taxes. So trickle-up is more effective than trickle down. You don't need a bette example than our country, but you must be an expert economist
