I would like to introduce our brand new indoor training facility located in Hauppauge NY. It’s a 21,000 square foot facility that is comprised of a 55 x 150 foot pro turf field, 3 lanes of 50 yard track, 40 yard speed field, 900 square foot skill field and 3,000 square feet of functional gym space.

We offer many different training programs to meet your organizations needs.  From sport specific training, to speed & agility, strength & conditioning, core development and field rentals for practice and game simulation.
