Saturday, June 1st,
from 3-6pm, Vine 2 Wine will be hosting a complimentary wine tasting
and cheese pairing. This weekend, we will be featuring Man O'War
Sauvignon Blanc 2010 as well as De la Chevaliere Cabernet Sauvignon
2011. The Sauvignon Blanc has notes of tropical fruit, fresh herbs,
and citrus notes with fresh and vibrant acidity and beautiful
concentration. The Cabernet Sauvignon is dark ruby red in color with
intense black fruit and spice aromas. The palate shows ripe cassis
combined with velvety tannins and a long, elegant finish. This wine
is especially light and pleasant for a cabernet; a perfect warm
weather red.
