On Saturday, August 10th, the Hauppauge Eagles 8u travel team captured their first NJBL championship by defeating the Blue Collar Bulldogs of Oyster Bay 7-4 at the HYO baseball complex... The team completed a stellar year, also capturing the regular season title with a record of 10 wins, 1 loss and 2 ties... The team was coached by Tom Abruscato, Bill Edgeworth, Steve Mileti and Rob Gennari...
