The purpose of meditation is to make our mind calm and peaceful. When our mind is peaceful, we experience freedom from stress and we are able to cope with our daily challenges. Buddhist meditation has been used for centuries to help people develop balanced, peaceful, and positive minds. Dipamkara Meditation Center believes meditation should be accessible to everyone. Daily classes are open to all and are held in five convenient locations: Huntington, Massapequa, Port Jefferson, Holbrook, and Sayville.
